“We learn from experience, we grow in practice, we mature when we share, we innovate when we challenge and then we learn again”
Innovating is part of all professional practice, but then so are encouraging oneself to try, making mistakes, creating something new and ensuring new ways of doing things. That is why there is an explicit space for innovation within the parameters of our professional practice here in CoachingLab. It is not about reinventing the wheel, but quite the opposite. The purpose is to enrich Coaching through our practice, or theoretical models that imply progress and/or new territories. Part of our responsibility in this fairly new profession is that we come up with new ideas and knowledge.
I suggest that you check these three proposals. Each will be offered in groups during this year. If you are interested, please drop us a line immediately!
3 Consciousness for Coaching
This program is based on the Multiple Intelligences Model proposed by Elaine de Beauport who was an American teacher and founder the Mead School. She settled in Venezuela until she passed away a few years ago.
Unlike other Multiple Intelligences theoretical models, the key aspect of Elain’s vision is that every person possesses the ability to develop and cultivate each and every one of the different intelligences.
3 consciousness for coaching aims at professional Coaches with Ontological background who are interested in deepening their understanding of the human being from the Triune Brain model. Furthermore, they can expand their knowledge about the learning phenomenon along with the relationship between the areas of being in Ontological Coaching and particular structures of the human brain.

Imaging in Coaching
We live in a visual era. As a result, communication through images is quite relevant nowadays. We are surrounded by visual stimuli for which we do not have conscious elements to comprehend, elaborate, discriminate, discern, make sense and process because we have not been made literate in visual language over time.
The image generates a systemic narration. On the other hand, spoken language presents a linear narrative that presupposes a beginning, plot development, and an outcome.
The purpose of this program is to be able to take advantage of the richness of the image as a road to develop conversations in Professional Coaching. Based on Psychoplastic, the 11 ICF Core Competencies and my own research, this methodology makes use of images and their richness to facilitate a complete Coaching process.
