ICF defines Mentor Coaching as “professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of Coaching competency demanded by the desired credential level”. Mentor Coaching means a Coach being Coached on their Coaching skills rather than Coaching on professional practice, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of Coaching skills.
Those who are initially trained as coaches assume the responsibility to continue their professional development. Consequently, the coach may need support for different purposes: to enhance their skills for ICF Credentialing and/or renew these Credentials.
Deepen your skills
During our Coaching sessions, we happen to discover new ways of investigating, listening, communicating and generating consciousness in our clients. Each of our skills is a tool to be cultivated in order to improve our performance, and therefore, they mean a commitment to the quality of our professional interventions.
My invitation is to intend the continuous development of your coaching skills and encourage you to take a step further. These practices are offered either one-on-one or in study groups with the aim chosen by the Coach who receives mentoring.

Preparation for ACC and PCC Credentials
This format aims at those coaches who have finished their training in schools that neither fulfill the 60-hour requirement nor are yet accredited as an Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP). In this case, these coaches require the assistance of a Mentor Coach to apply for an Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) or a Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC). The ICF promotes that these sessions are carried out by a certified Mentor Coach as this ensures a complete understanding of the standards required in each of the ICF 11 Core Competencies along with the Code of Ethics. In addition, the Mentor Coach must hold the same credential, or above the one, the coach applies for.
I am available for one-on-one or group sessions on ACC and PCC Credentialing. These meetings can be arranged either face-to-face or via online.

Renewal of ICF Credentials
The International Coach Federation makes sure that the coaches who have obtained their credentials are in constant learning. As a consequence, it has established some requirements for the renewal of the ACC, PCC and MCC credentials in a process that takes place every three years.
In particular, the renewal of the ACC credential requires the Coach to have completed 10 hours of Mentor Coaching during the three-year validity of their credential.
If you already hold your ACC credential, I encourage you to customize your work plan with me in order to focus on the development of your Coaching skills. Thus you can get the most out of your 10 Mentor Coaching sessions for the renewal of your credential.
